The female Holy Monastery (Holy Hermitage) of Agios Ioannis Theologos is located near Souroti, Thessaloniki. It is dedicated to Agios Ioannis Theologos and Saint Arsenios the Kapadokis, whose remains are kept in its katholikon.

The monastery was founded in 1967, with the help of Agios Paisios, who was its spiritual guide. In the area of the monastery is the tomb of Agios Paisos, whose memory is celebrated on July 12, with thousands of believers from all over Greece and abroad.
