"Triangle" because of the shape, "Panorama" from the origin, "born" about sixty years ago, when the idea for the dessert that would remain as a symbol of the region was conceived by Giannis Elenidis.

Sweet with oriental influences, which utilizes the tradition and the excellent dairy products of the region. The traditional handmade recipe is reverently followed, making the Panorama triangles an integral part of the city experience and course a necessary souvenir!
