We read every cultural event as a passage from the everyday to the apocalyptic. A kind of revelatory ritual where every action, even the most mundane, acquires a symbolic power. With this kind of symbolic visual language we wanted to work for this year's 58th Dimitria, recognizing in them the cohesive power they can pronounce, as a kind of cultural "ritual" - action in the community. A set of symbols borrowed from the world of signs as an expression of the everyday, the hagiographic image as an expression of the transcendent, construction sites as an expression of the event, urban space as an expression of the spontaneous, creating a visual palimpsest of the familiar.
