Children's Museum of Thessaloniki

The Children's Museum of Thessaloniki was founded in 1997 and is one of the most interactive and entertaining museums in the city. It maintains and presents to visitors, especially children 4 to 12 years old, thematic collections centered on school and play, interacting with them offering knowledge from the timeless subject of education and using the necessary component of children's imagination.

The Museum has several old toys, tin clockwork, dollhouses, and table games, while in one of its rooms there is a traditional school classroom with objects of school life. Organizes activities very regularly, with creative workshops and educational programs, developing the skills, knowledge, and emotionality of the young visitors who participate. Also, children's books and their authors are presented in the Museum.
