Salonikiou Coast

Located on the coastal road between Pyrgadikia and Ormos Panagias, in the western part of the Gulf of Mount Athos with a magnificent view towards Mount Athos, Salonikiou Beach is one of the most characteristic "family-friendly" beaches in Halkidiki. Quiet and without large, organized sections apart from some small beach bars offering the necessary amenities, it stretches for about 1300 meters and its wide sandy shore can comfortably accommodate its daily visitors during the summer months.

Sandy, with some pebbles on the coastline, and excellent water quality. It has a gradual slope and provides ample opportunities for swimming and playing. Under the sunlight, its crystal-clear waters play from turquoise to deep blue, while it is surrounded by vegetation as it is located outside of a residential area. Access is very easy, as it is just a few meters away from the coastal road.
