The largest exhibition space in Greece

The facilities of the Thessaloniki International Fair occupy an area of ​​180,000 sq.m. in the city center, one-third of which are housed in exhibition halls.

Numerous activities take place at the TIF premises, focusing on the annual International Fair and dozens of industry exhibitions, as well as concerts, conferences in its three conference rooms with a total capacity of 4,000 people, festive events, theme parks, while the enclosed area includes the revolving Tower of OTE, the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art and many other facilities.

 TIF first operated in 1926 and was moved to its current location in 1940. After the Occupation, TIF operated in 1951, and in the 1970s most of the exhibition spaces that exist until today were built. It is surrounded by Egnatia, Angelaki streets, and 3rd of September and Stratou avenues, being easily accessible by car or by public transport of the city, while it also has a parking area. At its northwestern entrance, in Sintrivaniou Square, is the emblematic "TIF Sculpture" by George Zogolopoulos.
