In the magnificent forest near the town of Serres
The Ski Centre of Laιlia, 27 kilometres from the town of Serres, is located at an altitude of 1600 metres, in the heart of an impressive forest of pine and beech trees that turns white every winter.
Winter sports enthusiasts have at their disposal a one-kilometre-long controlled downhill slope with a 900-metre ski lift to the "Ali Babas" peak, while the slope is illuminated and can be used at night.
A refreshment bar is located in the chalet of the ski centre. Visitors can rent equipment and beginners can take ski lessons. There are also special slopes, such as the diathlon. The Lailia Ski Resort is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.
