A Unique Museum with Over 300 Casts in Its Collection

The Museum of Casts at the School of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, is an important educational and research center established in 1995. The museum houses a rich collection of casts of ancient sculptures, reliefs, and architectural elements, primarily originating from archaeological sites in Northern Greece.

The collection includes over 300 casts, created from original works of art and monuments, such as the statue of Zeus from Olympia and sculptures from the sanctuary of Despoina and Zeus in Pella.
