Neolithic Settlement of Makrygialos

The Neolithic Settlement of Makrygialos in Pieria is one of the most significant prehistoric sites in Macedonia. Discovered in the early 1970s, it dates back to the 6th millennium BC, covering the early and middle Neolithic periods.
