Xinomavro of Naoussa

Xinomavro is a unique variety, which gives wines a deep red color and characteristic fruit aroma, which develops into a rich bouquet during one year of aging in oak barrels. A "dynamite", with an exuberant aroma and virtuoso taste, so special that it is recognized only by its smell and is paired with meat and mushrooms, which accompany and highlight its power.

Xinomavro is a delicious adventure. This is the variety that Naoussa is proud of, where it is cultivated almost exclusively, and the area has associated its name with it. The rosé version, with a light body and moderate to high acidity, and the white with more intense herbal flavor, and a taste of olives and citrus, give options for wine lovers, especially visitors but also at the dinner table of every restaurant in Central Macedonia.
